We are now looking for the right person who can translate this love of the people for us into a more formidable force, that could scale and have greater impact. As Envision begins to grow rapidly, we want to make sure we are still grounded and build the right kind of community around us. That's where you come in.
What you will do:
Research and define the community approach for Envision at scale.
Help scale and diversify our ambassadorship program.
Put Envision on the digital map through online forums and groups.
Organise online and offline events and workshops with the community.
Work with our marketing team to create social media and digital campaigns.
Be the voice of Envision on podcasts and other platforms.
Be the ears of Envision on the ground and relay relevant feedback to the product team.
What are we looking for:
3 to 5 years of International community management experience.
Knowledge of digital tools for setting up online community and communication channels.
A good understanding and grasp of the accessibility and inclusion community.
Ability to take initiative and lead the whole community development strategy.
Fluent in English and not shy of public speaking.
