Our Envision Glasses meanwhile brings our award-winning software to smart glasses, enabling the unprecedented experience of unobtrusive access to the visual world. With features ranging from real-time text recognition, to voice controls and even hands-free video calling, Envision Glasses open the door for the future of wearable assistive technology.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will create the Envision tone of voice through well-written, creative content and coherent messaging. What you write will be used in our products, across our marketing channels, social content and sales tools. You will work closely with our product, and design teams and be actively involved every aspect of marketing from branding, growth and communications.
What you will do:
Work closely with internal teams to creatively collaborate at every stage of the creative process.
Create engaging and persuasive copy for publication in product and across multiple marketing and communication channels and materials.
Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by target audience, understanding their particular communication needs and preferences, particularly those who are visually impaired or blind
Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround time
What are we looking for:
Three to five years of relevant experience, preferably writing for consumer technology products, applications or services (assistive technologies would be a bonus)!
Excellent English writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in conceptual writing in marketing and advertising, Web, product, brand messaging and promotional copy
Experience in creating a copy of marketing, advertising and PR campaigns, social media posts and sales collateral.
Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to own projects, demonstrate good judgment when working with team members and client contacts, and take initiative
Experience managing day-to-day changes at every level of detail
