As our Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the operations of the customer success team, be the first line to respond to distributors' inquiries and to all of our App and Glasses users together with the other members of the team. Email, phone, social media, reviews, or rather work with chat? You will have to monitor the interaction with users on different platforms and make sure to maintain our distinctive tone of voice.

This role combines hands-on customer support, strategic thinking, and management, to optimize how we serve our customers. Also, everything the customer success team hears during the day is super valuable for the rest of the team to understand where we're rocking it hard, and where we need to improve. You will inform everyone about the team's findings and continuously make sure the development team knows about any issues with our products.
