You can unsubscribe from our services by checking your subscriptions on your Apple device settings or Google Play store, choosing the desired Envision AI subscription you wish to cancel and follow the appropriate actions to cancel it.

Is it possible to use the same Envision AI account for multiple devices?

You can use your Envision AI subscription on multiple devices that you own, as long as the PlayStore ID or the Apple ID on those devices are the same.

Once I purchase the Envision AI Lifetime subscription, will I continue to receive updates?

Of course! You will continue to receive all the latest updates pushed on the Envision app.

Can I share my Envision AI subscription with family members?

With Family Sharing, you and up to five other family members can share access to Apple services. The member of this family group can share our Envision Ai app because they are allowed to share App Store purchases of the main user. How do I make a purchase with the Envision AI app?

Download Envision AI from the App Store or Google Play Store. You can then purchase directly from within the app in the Help tab and tap Check Subscriptions. There are three options to choose from: Monthly Subscription, Annual Subscription (our user's favorite) or Lifetime Subscription.
