Some 3rd party apps might have trouble showing the share option. Always try to share a file from standard file explorer. Some features do not work properly on older versions of the Envision AI app. Please make sure the app is always up-to-date. If, after updating the app, you are still facing the same issues, please contact our customer support within the app or email us at support@LetsEnvision.com
Currently not, but we are working hard to create this additional feature for you as we know it is very useful for our users.

Your file or files will be saved in a folder called 'Envision' either in the Internal Storage or SD Card if you have one in your phone.
Envision can read over 60 different languages but it can not speak out a language unless there is a compatible Text-to-speech (TTS) that is installed. Always check if you have a compatible TTS installed. You can select it from the Help menu from within the Envision App.
Do you read documents of different languages? Then turn on the ALD (Automatic Language Detection) option so that Envision AI can seamlessly recognize the language of the document you want to read.
This could happen if Automatic Language Detection is on. If you mostly read one language, we advice you to turn off Automatic Language Detection in the Help section of the app.
Unfortunately, most features within the app require a proper internet connection for them to work. Regardless, the team is working on removing internet requirement in the future.
This ultimately depends on the size of the text. If it is a large piece of text, for instance a street sign, you would have to be far away to achieve better results. If it is a small piece of text, such as a visiting card, the camera and the text you are trying to read could be closer together.
