If you already have monthly or annual subscription of Envision AI app, you will have to cancel your subscription manually through the PlayStore or AppStore after the lifetime subscription is added to your account. If you already had a lifetime subscription, then there is nothing you have to do.

If you are trying to use your iPhone as a hotspot, but that is also the same phone you paired the glasses with, you can only connect to the internet by using the QR code scanning feature on the Envision Glasses. For this to work, you need make sure that the Personal Hotspot Screen on your iPhone is open and that the option Allow Other to Join is active. While remaining on that screen on your iPhone, you can then follow the steps to connect to a wi-fi network using a QR code. The QR code will have to be generated on a different device (either your computer or another phone/tablet), because you cannot exit thePersonal Hotspot Screen on your iPhone during this process.

The Envision Glasses have the possibility to export the text to the library on the Envision app. Step 1: Double-tap on Scan Text and take a scan of the text that you would like to have exported. The text will open in the Reader. Step 2: Now, in the Reader, do a two-finger single tap, this will export the text. Step 2: Open your Envision app on your phone. Step 3: Go to the Envision app library and select ‘Import File’ and then ‘Import from Glasses”. The scanned text will then be available in the library on the Envision app. Step 4: If needed, you can download the scanned text or share it with other apps on your phone.

You'll need to give your Envision Glasses mac address to the IT office that manages that network and ask them to manually whitelist it. You can find the mac address in the About menu of the glasses (it will be read out loud and it will also appear on the front screen).
If you are making use of the visual interface, it can happen that the projection is not centered on the screen and part of it is cut off.
