You select the Envision Glasses Subscription Edition on our webshop
Once your payment method is verified, you pay a fixed monthly subscription amount of $150.
We ship brand-new (or like-new) Envision Glasses to you.
You can use the Envision Glasses for as long as you wish, with no minimum monthly commitments.
We ensure maximum uptime, so in case of any issues, we are both on-demand to assist you, and we offer quick hassle-free replacements.
Our feature updates subscription (normally $200/year) is included too.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

Subscribing offers several advantages. First, you gain unlimited access to a fantastic product and all future feature updates without the need to make a significant upfront payment. Second, there are no commitments, hidden fees, or surprises. Additionally, it's akin to having insurance and an unlimited-term, comprehensive warranty included. Furthermore, when new features and updates become available, you receive special access and a seamless update experience. In essence, if you're not satisfied with the product or the level of service, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time.

Is this rent-to-own? How is this different from financing or “buy now, pay later”?

No, this is not a rent-to-own service. It differs from financing (such as "buy-now-pay-later" options offered by Affirm, Klarna, etc.) in several key ways. With financing, you commit to purchasing a product over a specific period and you are responsible for making payments until it's fully paid off. In contrast, our subscription offers greater flexibility, allowing you to cancel at any time. You also gain access to special upgrade options and enjoy an elevated level of service, similar to a comprehensive, unlimited-term warranty.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, just let us know to confirm your decision. We will promptly provide a return label (shipping cost paid by us), and all you will need to do then is to drop off your package. Your subscription will be canceled once the carrier has received your package. There are no hidden fees, but we do reserve the right to charge fees in situations of fraud/gross negligence/etc.

What happens if I have an issue?

If your device breaks or is defective, we will replace it for free and also cover shipping fees in both directions. We also typically send you a different device than the one you initially had so that you can be back up and Envisioning as soon as possible. Please note: if the damage is intentional, due to excessive water damage, or grossly negligent, you will still typically owe some fee.
