On November 11th, 2025, we celebrated the fifth edition of Inclusive Innovations, showcasing technologies which have been created to improve Access to Work and independence for people with disabilities.

Engaging and inspiring, the event brought together accessibility advocates from across government, industry and academia offering them the unique opportunity to connect with each other and experience life-changing innovations for themselves.

The innovator demos again stole the spotlight at Inclusive Innovations 2025. Generating discussion and lively questions from the audience, innovators from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and China, showcased how their products and prototypes are addressing everyday accessibility challenges for people with disabilities, including: outdoor navigation; object recognition and labelling; hands-free AI assistance and turning night into day for people with night blindness.
AI navigation providing spatial audio and haptic feedback to solve infrastructure gaps.
Smart glasses revolutionizing independence after dark with non-obtrusive, ambient night vision.
A low-tech, high-impact solution using smart audio tags for accessible workplaces.
A road safety app providing auto-triggered warnings for hazards like construction sites.
Solutions for reliable outdoor navigation.
Lightweight & affordable smart glasses powered by Ally, the AI assistant truly for accessibility - with up to 12 hours of battery life.

The solutions exist. What we need now is alignment across policy, investment, innovation, and lived experience—the precise goal of Inclusive Innovations.
Our Community includes: Government leaders and policymakers, Business and HR leaders, Innovators, developers, and startups, NGOs and community advocates, researchers and academics, and most importantly, people with and without disabilities who lead, inspire, and advocate for change.
