The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Partnerships Manager to lead the expansion of ally into the U.S. enterprise market. This role involves taking full ownership of building strategic partnerships across sectors such as museums, events, corporate workplaces, and public services.
You will work closely with key partners like Google, Meta, OpenAI, Humanware, and Vispero while also identifying and developing new opportunities that help scale ally. The role includes managing the entire business development lifecycle, from outreach to closing, and coordinating rollouts. Travel may be required for partner meetings and industry events.

What You Will Do
Build and manage strategic partnerships with organizations across priority sectors in the U.S.
Lead the full process of identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals
Prioritize verticals where ally brings measurable value in accessibility and inclusion
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Marketing to create tailored proposals and pitches
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing technology and hardware partners
Represent Envision at conferences, expos, and partner events as needed
Maintain and report on pipeline progress using modern CRM tools
Stay informed on assistive tech trends and accessibility regulations to guide our approach
What We Are Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
Proven ability to close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders such as IT, Legal, HR, and Procurement
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain accessibility solutions in business terms
A self-starter who is confident taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and CRM platforms
Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG, ADA, or Section 508 is a plus
Bonus points for experience in assistive technology or selling into CSR, DEI, or public sector teams
